What happens if you book tickets for a football game and the tickets don' t arrive?

I got two tickets for Spurs V Inter Milan next week and the tickets haven't arrived yet. I am going to ring them up first thing on Monday but it will be too late to send them to us for the game. What normally happens in this situation? I am assuming that they got lost in the post. We have membership numbers etc so could easily prove that the tickets for those seats are ours. Do you think they will let us collect tickets from the ground before the game?
