Is there a bus from O Connell street in Dublin that goes to the Zoo?

I don't know Dublin very well but I am wanting to plan a day out with a friend of mine and her 3 year old son to Dublin Zoo and I am planning on going up on either the train or bus and then walk onto O Connell Street but from there I am clueless as to which bus to get or where to get it. Any help would be much appreciated.
